| lovely 2 bed adapted house one of only 3 houses in a quiet cul-de-sac, easy managed front & back garden, newly decorated, gas heating double glazed. thro lounge/diningroom. nice fitted kitchen, large master bedroom, double size 2nd bedroom, disabled adapted wetroom, with handrails, electrics in place for stairlift. areas considered are local within 25 miles of newcastle under lyme, lincolnshire coast, we are looking for a bungalow as I am disabled I am under 55yrs, plus we have a dog so pets must be allowed and have secure back garden and safe parking either a drive or garage for mobility car.,and please no more time wasters as we have been messed around by several people, and our home is in immaculate cond inside & out, so really we expect the same with the property we swap with, If you think we have what you are looking for please contact us asap.
