| I have a three bedroom house in Grimsby approximately three miles from the coast at Cleethorpes. We have quite a large back garden (approx 60x 21 ft) with side entrance (only you and a neighbor have a key to the lockable gate) and own front garden and drive. Downstairs has separate living and dining rooms, two walk in cupboards for storage, kitchen and also a downstairs toilet. Bathroom is a good size and we have one large bedroom, one average size and then another smaller but not box room. House also has floored loft space. The neighbors are no trouble at all, the couple on one side we rarely see or hear a thing from. House had new radiators, boiler and pvc doors fitted two years ago and also extra insulation added in the loft last winter. You have anything you could ask for nearby really, shops, town centre, colleges, train station, bus stops, libraries, markets, countryside, woodland and the beach. The high schools, junior schools and colleges are all within short walking distance. There is nothing wrong with this area at all. I have lived here for almost six years and have had no trouble at all. The street is very quiet and not even many cars go past. We don't get many kids playing out or any teenagers hanging around. Their is also a cheap children's play center with soft place and youth club nearby. I am only looking to move for a new start nearer to my partners family We are looking for a three or four bedroom house in or close to Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire. We don't mind if the house is council or housing association. Must have a fair sized enclosed garden (though not necessarily as big as we have now) two downstairs rooms and at least three bedrooms. Don't mind if the house needs decorating or the garden needs work either we just want to be near family. Feel free to get in touch if you think we maybe interested in your house. |
